Tower Crane Sizing
Working with e custom to figure out the best tower crane to complete a customer’s project on time and safely.
NDT Inspections
(Pre & Post Erection and Annuals)
Crane will be inspected by a licensed NDT inspector by visual inspection, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasound testing with the engineer’s stamped report.
ESA Certificate
Supply documentation that shows the crane meets Canadian electrical standards.
Erection and Dismantling Planning
Work with the customer to find the safest and most efficient way to install and remove the tower crane from their project.
Engineered Crane Drawings
Jib length, tower height, load chart, counterweight configuration, anchor assembly, crane base details.
Wire Rope Certificates
Supply documentation of all the wire ropes to verify they meet or exceed factory standards.
Engineered Test Weight Drawings
Supply drawings that verify the test weights being used are the proper weight and designed to Canadian standards.
Erection and Dismantle Procedures
Supply the procedure for the safe erection and dismantling of the specific tower crane on the specific job site.
Crane Overlap Drawings
Layout of the crane’s reach and capacity of thee crane on-site.
Engineered Horizontal Lifeline Certificate
Supply documentation of an Ontario engineer has verified that the HLL (horizontal lifelines) on the crane meet local safety standards.
Tower Crane Signage
Assist the customer in designing LED-style or tower banners for advertising purposes. Engineered drawing supplied as well.
Rescue procedure
Supply a written rescue procedure and work with the customer to establish a site-specific rescue plan with local authorities.
